Gene Dolgoff

Founder, CEO, CTO, Chairman

Physicist, engineer, and inventor, specializing in coherent optics and holography, developer of holographic X-Ray, CT, ultrasound, and MRI medical imaging, a former member of the Fonar Corporation MRI development team, Inventor of HET (Holographic Energy Teleportation), Advanced Nanoparticles, the LCD Projector, Holographic Transfer Printing, US HDTV system format, Instant 2-D to 3-D Converter, Holographic Video Projector, ANSI Digital Projection Standards, Cloaking Device, the Star Trek Holodeck, and was the Founder, CEO, and CTO of Projectavision, Inc. (NASDAQ), the world’s first LCD projector company. Investors in Gene's company made 35 times their investment in 5 years. Mr. Dolgoff taught Optics, Lasers, and Holography at the City College of the City University of New York, and authored the text used. He has published various articles and technical papers, and has over 65 patents worldwide.

Suzanne Daniels

RN, Vice President, Board Member

Over a 13 year period she served as Corporate Secretary, Treasurer, and Board Member of three high technology companies in the field of 3-D imaging. Prior to that work, over a 38-year period, she was a registered nurse, working at nine different hospitals and institutions as a staff nurse and head nurse.

As head nurse supervisor at a 50-unit extended care facility, she was responsible for the unit and supervision of a 33-member staff, 24 hours per day, including the administration of disciplinary actions. Education: Adelphi University, Pace University, and Bronx Community College. Suzanne is CPR certified and a member of the American Nurses Association.

Jay Cardwell

CFO

Jay Cardwell is an accomplished and successful executive, CFO, and CPA with more than 30 years of comprehensive experience with a concentration in healthcare, media, and entertainment as well as other industries.  Since 2015, as COO of the CFO Squad LLC, Jay has been active with countless public companies managing their SEC financial reporting (10Qs, 10Ks, S-1, and other compliance filings), pre-audit services, technical accounting, tax research and compliance, strategic planning, M&A advisory, SPACs, due-diligence investigations, and expert analysis for dispute resolution.

Jay’s involvement ranges from early-stage project development to large multi-tiered international organizations including all aspects of a company’s development, IPOs, financial reporting, oversight in the development and design of business models, cash management, insurance and risk management, and internal and financial reporting controls.

Mr. Cardwell began his accounting career with high-profile clients including Arthur Andersen & Co (St. Louis) with clients including General Dynamics, Anheuser-Bush, May Company, and others before moving to New York.  With a reputation for loyalty, integrity, a strong work ethic, and personal leadership skills, Jay has simultaneously managed multiple companies, clients, and projects with all levels of employees, from entry-level to C-level executives to key stakeholders, as well as working closely with high-net-worth individuals and family trusts.

For many years, Jay also was successful working on numerous world-class live entertainment events as a CEO, CFO & COO and director for public and private companies within the entertainment industry, managing countless projects including: Nunsense (Original Production), Spider-man (Broadway), Barbara Streisand (Back to Brooklyn – Co Executive Promoter) World Tour, An Evening with Al Pacino, Fuerzabruta and many others, working with Michael Cohl and leaders in the entertainment industry.   His duties ranged from production and promotion activities, taking projects from concept to “opening night,” as well as participating in finance, financial reporting, union contract negotiations, marketing and advertising strategies, financial reporting, investor relations, tax compliance, business plans, strategy and risk management, union negotiations, budgeting and modeling, cash management and treasury functions, insurance, and acquisitions and investments, managing dozens of projects and properties simultaneously.

In addition, Jay serves as a trustee for charitable organizations.  In the past, he served as the Deputy Director for the Smithsonian Institution’s Affiliate – National Jazz Museum in Harlem, creating a new museum masterplan as well as program and structural design concepts, educational & retail spaces, and various governmental presentations.

Mr. Cardwell has been a CPA, licensed in the State of New York, since 1986 and a graduate of Illinois State University in Accounting, and an  Alumni Honoree.

Randy Mangat

Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Development

Over twenty-five years’ experience in a variety of roles including R&D, engineering, sales, management, strategy, Merger & Acquisition, and Business development. Randy is a Board Director in multiple companies and a co-founder of a Life Sciences company, which has already secured multi-million dollar VC funding to set up a manufacturing plant for APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients). Worked as R&D engineer for Microprocessor controlled digital circuits and worked his way up to various executive roles in Fortune 100 companies like Samsung, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia, Nortel, Motorola, AT&T, etc. & received multiple awards for his work. Randy is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Digital transformation which is impacting every industry across the globe by creating endless growth opportunities, where technology is no longer a support mechanism but actually part of the core business itself.

Ron Atkinson

COO

Head of Branding & Corporate Communications

Ron offers the Holobeam team more than 50 years of operations, branding, and marketing experience, which includes servicing national, regional, and local businesses in healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services. Founder of his own marketing communications agency in St. Louis, Ron served for 18 years as its president and award-winning executive creative director. He then started his own brand consultancy and co-founded an advanced mobility device company, where he helped to raise several million dollars from private investors and health care professionals. Ron's health care experience also includes marketing work his agency created and managed for Mallinckrodt Medical, the launching of a women's pharmaceutical vitamins company, and for the clinical trials recruitment department of Washington University's School of Medicine. Other clients included General Motors, where he helped launch The GM Card; Citicorp Midwest, where he introduced the financial giant's direct mortgage and executive line of credit businesses; as well as numerous local and regional businesses. At Holobeam, Ron is spearheading development of the company's corporate  branding and heads up corporate communications.

Mark Bradshaw

Mark is a creative, experienced, and divergent thinker. He brings a unique set of skills to help drive this technology to new levels combining his 25 year of software development with our unique technologies. Working in software Virtual and Augmented Reality, as well as other gaming technologies for a large portion of his career, Mark has developed technical skills in programming, product software management, and 3D technologies. He is product-driven and has worked on developing over 100 products during his career for many large customers including Disney, Google, Motorola, Sega, Hasbro, Microsoft, THQ, Royal Caribbean and Activision.

Seth Kanegis

Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Kanegis currently is the President and Owner of Seka Consulting Ltd which invests and consults with many companies that are in need of growth and financing advice. Most recently this included Taat Lifestyle (hemp cigarette brand), Christina Lake Cannabis (vertically integrated cannabis company), and Molori Energy (oil exploration) each of which he assisted in funding and bringing to the public marketplace. Mr. Kanegis is a founding and active partner in ELJ Technologies, a company that provides unique cost saving soil stabilization and pavement reinforcement solutions for road building. He held the positions of Chief Investment Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for Retail Worx, a cutting edge company that incubated, operated, and aggressively scaled retail brands that are appealing to the conscious consumer and that are not affected by the proliferation of online shopping. After working more than twenty years on Wall Street, Mr. Kanegis pursued other business ventures and developed a highly diverse background, including Medical Equipment Distribution, Bio Diesel, Media and Entertainment, Television Station Ownership, and Telecommunications. Mr. Kanegis was a partner in business endeavors to Wyclef Jean, the internationally recognized and award winning artist and humanitarian. Their work included investments in Haiti where they owned the television station, Telemax, and they partnered with the cellphone company, Comcel. From 1988 until June of 2005, Mr. Kanegis had worked as an investment advisor at S.A.C. Capital Management. His 17-year senior status at the fourteen billion dollar hedge fund involved forming over a dozen investment management teams as well as actively trading and investing in the worldwide equity markets. To this day he sustains very strong and deep relationships in the hedge fund and wealth management industries. Prior to his tenure at SAC Capital, Mr. Kanegis worked at Salomon Brothers Inc. on their Proprietary Desk as an Equity Trader. He also had experience as a financial analyst at The Federal Reserve. He graduated in 1985 from Washington University in St Louis with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics as well as a minor in Business Administration.

Sankara Narayanan

Head Of IT and Web Development

Sankara was head of IT for ITAJAI Marine Engineering, and he provided healthcare IT solutions for Netsmart and IdeaRX. He built and managed websites, digital infrastructure, email accounts, servers, software tools, SEO, social media, search engines, internet ads, and digital marketing for over 60 companies including Siemens, GE, and Schneider Electric. He also performed hardware and software application engineering for several large companies. He has 10 years of sales and marketing experience in multiple business sectors. He provided financial consulting to startups and established firms, helping them to raise over $5 million, and contributed to a growth of 10X for 13 other firms. Education: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Anna University, Chennai, India.

Anthony Tether, Ph.D.

Former Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)

Dr. Anthony J. Tether was Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) from 2001 to his retirement in 2009. While there, Tony spent nearly $25 Billion creating new technological capabilities, significantly enhancing the US Military and Economic security. DARPA is the principal Agency within the Department of Defense for research, development, and demonstration of concepts, devices, and systems that provide highly advanced new technology capabilities. As Director, Dr. Tether was responsible for management of the Agency's projects for high-payoff, innovative research and development. In 2009, Dr. Tether re-formed The Sequoia Group (TSG), which serves government and industrial clients. The Sequoia Group provides program management and strategy development services to government and industry. He is on several Advisory and Corporate Boards, and is a Distinguished Fellow with the Council on Competitiveness located in Washington DC. From 1996 to 2001, Dr. Tether held the position of Chief Executive Officer and President of The Sequoia Group, which he founded in 1996. From 1994 to 1996, Dr. Tether served as Chief Executive Officer for Dynamics Technology Inc. From 1992 to 1994, he was Vice President of Science Applications International Corporation's (SAIC) Advanced Technology Sector, and then Vice President and General Manager for Range Systems at SAIC. Prior to this, he spent six years as Vice President for Technology and Advanced Development at Ford Aerospace Corp. He has also held positions in the Department of Defense, serving as Director of DARPA's Strategic Technology Office from 1982 through 1986, and as Director National Intelligence in the Office of the Secretary of Defense from 1978 to 1982. He served as Vice President of Systems Control Inc., a company he helped start after receiving his Ph.D., where he applied stochastic estimation and control theory to military and commercial problems with concentration on development of algorithms to perform real-time resource allocation and control. Dr. Tether has served on Army, Navy and Defense Science Boards, and on the Office of National Drug Control Policy Research and Development Committee. He is an Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Life Fellow for leadership in the advancement of commercial and defense technologies, and listed in several Who's Who publications. In 1986, Director Central Intelligence Bill Casey honored him with the National Intelligence Medal and Secretary of Defense Caspar Weinberger with the Department of Defense Civilian Meritorious Service Medal respectively. In 2009, Secretary of Defense Gates honored him with the Department of Defense Outstanding Public Service Medal. In 2013, AIAA awarded him the Aerospace Communications Award for aerospace communication contributions. In 2019, the US Army awarded him the Army Superior Civilian Service Award for ASB Outstanding Service. Dr. Tether received a Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Robert Todd Constable, Ph.D.

Director of Yale Magnetic Resonance Research Center, Director of MRI research in the Yale Magnetic Resonance Research Center, and a Professor of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering & Neurosurgery at Yale University where he has worked for the past 31 years. He received his Ph.D. in Medical Biophysics from the University of Toronto, M.S. in Medical Physics from the University of Manitoba, and B.S. in Physics from the University of Winnipeg. Todd holds eleven patents related to the development of improved magnetic resonance image systems, acquisition strategies, and image reconstruction. He has over 310 peer-reviewed publications related to the development and application of new MRI methods. He is a Fellow of the International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and the American College of Radiology.

CPC’s Multi-Nuclear Spectroscopic amplifiers drive 9 out of 10 of the most powerful MRI scanners in the United States, Europe, and Asia, including the world’s highest field strength MRI scanners at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Magnetic Resonance Research Center (CMRR) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As an engineer at Fonar, Dan developed the amplifiers for the MRI systems. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, New York, and an A.A.S. from S.U.N.Y. Farmingdale, New York. John Thomas Vaughan, Ph.D.

Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Radiology in the Mortimer B. Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute at the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York, as well as Professor, Department of Applied Physics & Math, School of Engineering & Applied Sciences, and Professor, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, at the College of Science and Engineering, He is the Director of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Research Center, working to launch a new university-wide initiative to develop and apply MR methods and technologies to advance biomedical research and clinical diagnostics. He is also Director of the High Field MR Lab, Nathan Kline Institute for Psychiatric Research, and was co-founder and Principal of 5 MR Research Laboratories. Dr. Vaughan is the Principal Investigator for design, development, and biomedical applications on pre-clinical and human MR systems. He is a pioneer in High Field MRI, MRS, and fMRI technologies, methods, and applications, and designs and builds MRI systems that produce high-resolution images of anatomical, metabolic, and physiological systems and functions. His inventions, usually licensed by the biotech and medical industries, are found in most MRI systems. Previously, Dr. Vaughan worked in the University of Minnesota where he held the Quist-Henline Chair in Biomedical Research, and was the Director of Engineering at the Center of Magnetic Resonance Research, with appointments in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Dr. Vaughan and a colleague from the University of Minnesota, Michael Garwood (also on the Holobeam team), developed a portable, remotely supportable MRI system. Dr. Vaughan has enjoyed a thirty-year career in research including as Co-op Engineer at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, and Radio Frequency Research Engineer at Texas Instruments, UT Southwestern, and Philips Healthcare, as Chief Biomedical Engineer. He was Assistant Professor at U. Alabama Birmingham, Division of Cardiovascular Disease, and Chief Biomedical Engineer, Center for Nuclear Imaging Research. He was also Director of Engineering at the Massachusetts General Hospital NMR Center, Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School, and U. Minnesota.  His achievements include 120 articles, a number of books and chapters, and 45 patents. He has BSc degrees in electrical engineering and biology from Auburn U., and Master’s and PhD degrees In Bio-Medical Engineering from U. of Alabama at Birmingham. R. Gilberto Gonzalez, MD, Ph.D.

Massachusetts General Hospital – Harvard University, Professor and Associate Chief, Imaging Sciences Director of Translational AI Research and Chief of Neuroradiology Emeritus at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He received his MD from Harvard Medical School and a PhD in biophysical chemistry from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He did post-doctoral work in molecular biophysics at the Francis Bitter National Magnet Lab at MIT.
